Centrad Healthcare’s comprehensive Enteral Therapy program is designed for patients diagnosed with or recovering from:

  Organic Brain Disorder (OBS)

  Cerebral Vascular Accident (CVA)

Supplies and Equipment

All supplies and equipment required for Enteral Therapy are delivered through Centrad’s program. Products include:

• Enteral nutrition formulas
  Feeding tubes
  Administration devices
  Administration Sets

Distribution and Inventory Management

Centrad routinely monitors inventory and product usage, which when combined with our prompt and reliable distribution service, ensures product is always available when needed.

Reimbursement Expertise

Centrad’s reimbursement specialists work with both patients and physicians to ensure qualification and coverage criteria have been met for Medicare Part B and other third party payors.

Claims are submitted electronically to the appropriate payor source once all required documentation is on file. Centrad will accept assignment for beneficiaries who meet medical necessity and coverage criteria requirements and bill Medicare Part B and other payors for reimbursement.

Training and In-service Programs

Centrad Representatives, along with leading manufacturers, will provide product in-services when needed. Training includes nutritional assessments, formula administration methods, documentation requirements, and the proper use and care of equipment.

Field Service Representatives

Centrad Healthcare Field Service Representatives are available, as needed, to assist you with your Enteral Therapy program. Field Service Representatives complete the following functions:

• Gather required documentation for billing
  Verify product shipped is consistent with physician orders
  Monitor equipment maintenance
  Maintain inventory levels
  Provide products for urgent orders
